They usually last 5-7 days.

How dark can they get you?

Depends on how dark you want to be they have different levels to choose from depending on how dark or light you want the tan to be.

How much do they cost?

Normally around $20-$35 depending on where you go and if the tan specialist sprays it on you or if its a booth.

Any tips or precautions?

Before you go:

+ Make sure you exfoliate. Our skin has a build up of dead skin cells on top of it. The thicker the layer, the sooner it will rub off. If you exfoliate, the layer will be very shallow, and it will take a while for it to “build up” making your tan last longer.

+ Don’t wear any deodorant, body sprays, perfume, moisturizer or makeup before the tan. Many deodorants will stop spray tanning solution going through and few moisturizers and makeup products can act as a barrier, not letting the full amount of the solution to attach itself to the skin.

+ Wax or shave your legs before spray tan. If you shave your legs after spray on tan, you will take off some of your tan with the hair.

After:

+ Don't shower for at least 5-8 hours or it'll come off.

+ Also wait at least 5 hours before exercising or having sex. If you do sweat, your tan will run.

+ With swimming: Wait at least 6 hours. Chlorinated water will bleach your tan really quickly, so I would not advise it. If you want to swim in the sea, make your swims short. The longer you soak yourself, the faster your tan will come off.How long do the spray tans from tanning salons last?
The cost depends on the place you go. Around $20 maybe?

They dont last that long at all. Less than a week. Its really more for if you have an event coming up in my opinion.

You dont get THAT dark. but it gives you some color.

They give you a barrier cream to put on your feet and around your nails. Use alot of this cream on your feet like on your heels because if you dont then they will be blotchy and orange. Sometimes the tan is that even. And you will probably notice when the color starts to fade bc your skin tone will prob not look even.

So pretty much im saying that spray tans are okay. Ive dont it a couple of times but i wouldnt spend the money if i just randomly want to since it doesnt even last that long.
