What is the difference between regular salons & aveda salons?

Do they have more experience with haircuts or with more schooling with hair cutting?

Its similar to a supercuts and a normal barber/salon. They have the same amount of schooling. They are just trained at Aveda to do things a certain way and use Aveda products. they seem more professional but if it is a business then they should all have experience you know but aveda seems pretty cool.
