thats pretty gross!! Sorry to hear that. You would contact the county board of health. They would then get involved and make random checks on the area....if they do find unsanitary conditions they will close the salon and order them to clean it up or face finesWho do you call about sanitary issues at nail salons?
Either the health board or the cosmetology association in your area that certifies them to be working. But i think you might have more luck with the health board.
