As far as I know, any decent salon will be willing to do whatever you want to your nails - if you ask for black nails with white tips, then they'll probably do it for you (after all, it's only like a French manicure :-] )What nail salons do black nails and white tips?
any saloon, just ask them to do it and bring a pic.
every nail salon should be able to do them. if not they arent that good at what they do.
