Why do a lot of the women who do waxes at salons have heavy accents?

A friend of mine is opening up a salon which offers wax services like a brazilian wax, and she said she is going to fake a thick European accent so her clients will think she's a real professional and good at what she does. I laughed but she has a point-- a lot of the women in that job field do have accents. Gotta love them! Why do a lot of the women who do waxes at salons have heavy accents?
originally, Americans didn't wax so it originated in other countries. like the Brazilian wax, for exampleWhy do a lot of the women who do waxes at salons have heavy accents?
Typically speaking immigrants need a shorter school term/ training and lesser English requirements..hence the reason they often seek esthecian (sp) training. It usually less than 6 months start to finish.
I think that if she goes with her normal accent it could be an advantage. I am an all American Cali girl and I do waxing. I have a great clientele, because I'm fun and can relate to them. also acting like some weird fake foreigner may make some clients uncomfortable. she'll never get a good clientele without being herself
